Warm Fortune ships selected wholesale jewelry from Colorado Springs when in stock. This policy covers processing, shipping costs, returns, and restocking. Please review before ordering.

Shipping Policy 

1. Processing Time

Most in-stock wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and special orders are quoted and scheduled separately. Processing times may extend during holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout or upon request (additional charges apply). Exact rates and transit times are confirmed at checkout or in your quote.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may apply to wholesale orders above certain thresholds (e.g., $1,000+) as shown at checkout or in your quote. Special orders and expedited shipments are excluded from free shipping offers.

4. Local Pickup（Colorado Springs）

Local pickup is available by appointment for wholesale buyers in the Colorado Springs area. Select "Local Pickup" when ordering and confirm your pickup time with our team. No shipping charges apply for pickup orders.

5. Special Orders

Custom, lab-grown, or large special orders have separate delivery timelines confirmed at the time of quotation. These orders are not subject to standard processing times — please confirm delivery dates before placing your order.

6. Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors, returns, or reshipments are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

Return Policy 

1. Return Eligibility

Standard wholesale orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval. Custom orders, final-sale items, and special orders are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our wholesale team to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and unworn.

3. Handling & Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee (deducted from your refund). This fee covers quality inspection, repackaging, and inventory system updates. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Quality Issue Exceptions

If you receive items with material discrepancies, visible damage, or defects, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos/videos. After verification, we will offer replacement, repair, or full refund (restocking fee waived). Minor plating wear or slight transit handling marks are not considered defects.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Custom & Final-Sale Items

Custom designs, lab-grown diamond special orders, and items clearly marked "final sale" are not eligible for return for any reason. Please confirm all specifications before ordering.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return inspection and approval. Restocking fees are deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
